Lascuarenta.es (The Forty) is a personal project built in Spain around Spanish-deck card games. I'm the one who reads and replies to every email, so the more specific your message, the sooner I can help.
General questions and suggestions
Write to us if you miss a game, the rules don't match the ones from your village, you're having trouble with your account, or you've spotted something we missed. We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability or objection regarding your data. You can do many of these things yourself from My data: download your information or hide your profile from the ranking.

Payments are handled by Paddle as authorised reseller. The fastest way to get an invoice or a refund is to log in at https://paddle.net with the email you used to buy, or reply to the receipt email. If you get stuck, write to us and we'll sort it out with you.

If something goes wrong inside a table, use the report-a-problem button. That way we also get the game's technical details, which makes it much easier to work out what happened.
Follow us
News, new decks and tournaments are announced first on our social media. You can also write to us there for anything that isn't urgent.
What to include in your message
To find the bug we need to know what happened. Tell us your player name, the approximate day and time, the game and the table, and describe what you saw on screen. If you have a screenshot, include it.
For account questions, tell us the email you log in with. For purchase issues, the date and amount of the order: that's enough for us to find the payment in the gateway without asking anything else.
If you'd like to suggest a game from your region, a variant or a change to the tables, tell us in detail how it's played at home. That's how we best understand each suggestion.
What we don't handle by email
Complaints about other sites or messages about games played outside Lascuarenta.es (The Forty): we can only respond to what happens here.
Nor requests for free Sotas beyond the occasional gift, nor changes to the result of games that have already finished. Games are decided at the table, not by email, and Sotas are gifted with the same odds for everyone.
Errors from a game must be sent using the button on the table itself. That way we get the technical context we need without you having to explain everything by email.
Response times
We're a one-person project, so replies are measured in days rather than minutes. Problems that stop someone from playing or from a purchase are handled first; suggestions and regional variants are all read, but answered once everything else is up to date.
If the matter was urgent and more than a week has passed without a reply, resend the message with «second time» in the subject line so we can find it straight away.
