How to set up a table with your friends in two minutes

Setting up a table for friends takes two minutes, whether you’re playing with family scattered across Spain or colleagues on their lunch break. It’s an alternative to a quick game when you want to play with people you know.
1. How do you choose a game and create the table?
Enter the game you want and choose the custom table option instead of quick game. This is where you decide what is usually discussed vocally: number of players, Chinchón variants, Pumba point limit, or whether Brisca is played in pairs.
Custom tables are excluded from the ranking. This way, games among friends do not affect the public leaderboard.
2. How do you invite others with a link?
From the room, you have the invitation link and the list of your added friends to invite them with a click. The link can be pasted into any messaging group: whoever opens it goes directly to your table, without needing to search for codes or rooms.
If your friends don't have an account, they can create one in a few seconds with their email or Google. An account is necessary to play with other people, because otherwise there would be no way to maintain the table or return after a disconnection.
3. What happens if people are missing or someone drops out?
If the table is not full, you can start with house players (AI) in the empty spots: the machine plays those positions and the game doesn't get stuck halfway through. These spots don't score points for anyone.
And if someone loses coverage in the middle of a hand, the table waits for them for a while, and they can return from the pending game notification. If they take too long, the machine plays their cards to avoid blocking the others.
4. What is the advice from the group?
It's advisable to agree on the variants before starting. Many arguments over Spanish-deck card games (baraja española) arise from local rules, and the available options are explained on each game's page.
On mobile, play horizontally: the website rotates and goes full screen automatically, and the cards look considerably larger. And if adverts bother you, with Sotas (an in-game currency or subscription option), you can activate the ad-free plan.
