What is Arrastre (obligatory phase)?

The arrastre is the phase in which you must follow suit, beat the card if you can, and play a trump if you cannot follow suit.

In Guiñote it begins when the stock runs out; until then play is free. In Tute, by contrast, these obligations apply from the first trick.

'Arrastrar' also means leading trumps to force the other players to give up theirs.
